Hi,

My name is Claudia and I teach Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga. For years I taught in my own small local yoga school. Then the pandemic came and I discovered online yoga!

Yoga videos and classes via live stream allow me to reach so many people all over Germany and beyond. I can bring the yoga spirit out into the world and don't even have to forego personal contact. I can see my yogis via live stream - if they want - and correct them if necessary. And after the lesson we just chat a bit.
