Location and access Ashtanga Lotus Yoga
The Ashtanga Lotus Yoga yoga school is located on Lidellplatz within the commercial courtyard on the ground floor. Many people also know the commercial center for its cozy Café Palaver. The entrance to the commercial yard is a large archway.
You enter the commercial yard through the large archway on the southern side of the street and you can see the large arched window of Ashtanga Lotus Yoga on the right side of the backyard. The entrance is on the right behind the bike shop. In the stairwell you go up four steps, then straight ahead to the arched room door, which is unlocked during events and can be opened from the outside using a rotary knob.

Access via main road from the east
Cross the Mendelssohnplatz intersection

Gate entrance on the left side of the street (access only for suppliers)
Paid parking spaces can be found on Steinstrasse, Adlerstrasse, Kriegsstrasse, Kreuzstrasse.
