Sampoorna Yoga is the yoga of abundance. It cleanses and harmonizes all aspects of the body and mind. The flow of exercises in Sampoorna Hatha Yoga maintains concentration; Inner peace, balance and satisfaction arise - even beyond the yoga class.
Yoga is a gradual process that leads to a happier and healthier life.
Sound, meditation, strengthening, flow and relaxation provide support here.
Sampoorna Yoga courses are certified by health insurance companies as prevention courses and are largely or completely reimbursed by health insurance companies.
You can take part in yoga in the studio or online - if you book a prevention course only on site.
Every person is unique, which is why individual support for each participant is very important to us.
