Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Please register for your trial course as we limit the number of participants. All you need to bring to your visit is comfortable clothing and a good mood :-) We provide mats, equipment and drinks free of charge. You can change comfortably in the studio in our large changing rooms. Parking spaces are also available free of charge.

As a beginner - with little or no yoga experience - we recommend the Hatha Yoga and Back Yoga courses. You can find the course times at www.sanely.de/kursplan

Would you like to learn to fly and relax in an aerial yoga cloth? Then visit one of our Aerial Basic workshops. These take place once a month on Saturdays. www.sanely.de/workshops
