My name is Sarah, I come from beautiful Lake Constance, I am married and have a wonderful little daughter.
Here I would like to tell you more about my yoga style:
What I like least is boredom. That's why I attach great importance to a lot of variety in my lessons. Each hour also begins with an initial relaxation and ends with a final relaxation.
I accompany the class through the various asanas in a topic-oriented manner and provide assistance and alternatives for easier or more difficult executions in between. Thanks to my fitness economics studies and knowledge of training theory, correct execution is very important to me.
I also love playing with the elements, i.e. H. With sounds, scents and light I create a cozy atmosphere in which the asanas, breathing exercises and meditation also touch our inner being. Of course, the spiritual part that is part of yoga should not be missing either. Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy that is supposed to help us explore our true selves.
