Diversity in Shivasloft
Our goal is to integrate yoga into everyday life in such a way that everyone can benefit from it. In our extensive course schedule we offer various yoga directions for beginners, beginners and advanced students.
Different styles are taught in the form of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga and back yoga. We aim to teach yoga in all its aspects. This means that in addition to physical exercises such as sun salutations and asanas, emphasis is placed on breathing, relaxation and meditation. That's why we will continue to offer workshops that focus on topics that cannot be covered in depth in a classic yoga class, such as deep relaxation, guided meditation, health and nutrition.
That's exactly why we want to pass on our knowledge and our positive experiences to everyone. Women like men, children like the elderly, pregnant women like young mothers. Stressed and relaxed people. Beginners and experienced people alike. Everyone will benefit equally because everyone will get to know their body better, reduce tension and find more inner peace.
