Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: All you need is joy in movement, bare feet, comfortable clothing in which YOU feel good and can move well - leggings and a T-shirt/top are particularly suitable here, so I can see your body during the sequences see well and give you the best possible assistance - something to wear (long-sleeved shirt, jacket, warm socks...) for the beginning of the class and during the end relaxation as well as a not-so-full stomach - but the same applies here: YOU should feel comfortable!

sonja becher ist eine herausragende Yoga-Lehrerin des Anusara-Yogas einer sehr interessanten Variante innerhalb des Hatha Yogas aus dem Iyengar Yoga entwickelt. Die vielfältigen Details des Anusara Yogas lassen dich in bekannten Yoga-Haltungen völlig neu erfahren.

Sonja liebt und lebt das Leben als Yoga Lehrerin
