With pleasant scents, natural oils, herbal essences and gentle hands, I will guide you into a feeling of well-being and balance. Leave everyday life and all stress far behind you. Experience the beneficial treatment and effects of Ayurveda in my comfortable practice room.
Through training with different teachers, I can offer different massage methods and adapt them individually to your needs. The holistic spectrum of my Ayurvedic treatment options ranges from partial massages from head to toe, full body massages and feel-good arrangements such as the “let stress go” program over several hours or a special massage for pregnant women. Only high-quality organic massage oils and freshly prepared massage powders and masks are used for the treatments, which are individually selected in a preliminary discussion before the treatment.
The other offerings for balancing stress and a healthy lifestyle include:
