Lange gesucht nach einem guten Yogakurs für mich. Übungen, Wohlfühlen und eine sehr gute Mischung des Anstrengungsgrades…. Rundherum zufrieden und macht Spaß. Fühle mich seitdem viel besser…

Jedes Mal ein wichtiger Termin für mich selbst🧘‍♀️🌻

Sylvia lebt und liebt Yoga und steckt an mit ihrer Freude sowie ihrer Gabe Yoga zu vermittelt. Sie ist zu jeder Stunde sehr gut vorbereitet und hat alle Teilnehmer für evtl.Korrekturen im Blick. Es ist eine große Freude dabei sein zu dürfen und nachhaltig zu spüren, wie gut Yoga für Körper und Geist sind……einfach ein Geschenk 💝
