Description yoga
As a child, Tara Devi Ziener trained in rhythmic dance gymnastics for 6 years, and later also in various types of dance such as jazz, marching, hip hop, standard and choreographies. Because of a pelvic tilt, she came into contact with yoga at the end of 2015 and experienced healing. Since then she has been practicing yoga with a lot of passion and dedication. By teaching yoga to her work colleagues during her lunch break, she discovered her love as a yoga teacher and quit her office job at the end of 2016. She completed her first YLA (400 hours) at Yoga Vidya BM in early 2017, and her second (300 hours) in early 2019 in Mysore, India. She loves giving challenging lessons and guiding her students to their limits and growing beyond them with a lot of care and joy. Her yoga classes are playful, alignment-oriented and varied. In addition to yoga, she also loves practicing Acro Yoga and giving Thai Yoga and Reiki massages.
