Namaste!
I'm glad you found my entry here! I am a yoga therapist and offer yoga courses and individual coaching in Wiesbaden, both in person and online. I run a small yoga studio in a backyard in Wiesbaden's Westend, and the room is, as the participants like to describe it, a real oasis for retreating from everyday life. What I offer? Integral yoga according to Sivananda, meditation, yin yoga, hormone yoga, gentle yoga therapy lessons, kundalini yoga, chakra yoga, courses, individual coaching, Sunday workshops, yoga in the spa park, pranayama, deep relaxation hypnosis, mantra tones... and it gives me great joy that my lessons have already helped so many people to find their way back to body awareness and the mental peace and relaxation that is all of our birthright!
