    Vielen Dank für meine Erste Yoga-Stunde!

    Ich bin nicht wirklich flexibel und hatte ein bisschen Respekt vor der ersten Yoga-Stunde. Aber Sandra hat alles sehr gut erklärt und mir Selbstvertrauen gegeben. Sie hat mir auch erklärt dass es nicht auf Flexibilität sondern das Erleben des Moments ankommt, wenn wir die verschiedenen Übungen gemacht haben. Außerdem finde ich Ihre Philosophischen Ansätze, ihr Wissen über die menschliche Physiologie und vor allem die kleinen Geschichten die sie gerne erzählt, sehr angenehm und lehrreich.

    Yoga und frische Luft eine perfekte Kombination!

    Die Outdoor Yogastunde im Park hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Übungen waren nicht schwer, aber am nächsten Tag hatte ich das Gefühl jeden meiner Muskeln zu spüren! Die Lehrerin Sandra ist sehr inspirierend mit ihrer Energie, ihrem Lächeln und schafft eine sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank!

    Richtig Gute Yoga Lehrerin

    Hi, ich möchte mich für die letzten Monate bedanken. Das Paket mit den verschiedenen Yogakursen hat mir echt gut gefallen und ich habe viel dabei gelernt. Ich finde es auch lieb von Sandra und dem YELLOW VIBES Team dass sie viele Yoga Lehrer unterstützten und gemeinsame Aktionen planen.

    Entspannung beim Yin Yoga

    Ganz vielen Dank für den letzten Yin Yoga Kurs Sandra. :) Es hat mich richtig runter gebracht und viel Energie gegeben. Da ich normalerweise eher im Meditativen Berich zu finden bin, hat das toll für mich gepasst. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
