Neue Körperwahrnehmung und Entspannung

Schon während der angenehmen Dehnungsphasen,bei denen Esther wunderbar hilft und unterstützt und immer wieder an das richtige Atmen und an das Loslassen erinnert,fängt eine ganzkörperliche Wahrnehmung ,gefolgt von absoluter Entspannung an.Durch das Sound Bath werden tatsächlich alle Sinne gefordert und auch überrascht und mir fällt dadurch das komplette Loslassen sämtlicher Gedanken und dadurch das Sich-Fallen-Lassen fast leicht.
Meditation musste(durfte)ich üben,hier funktioniert es sofort.
Gönn Dir diese traumhaft schöne Einheit bei ihr.Danach fühlst Du Dich erholt und bist voller Tatendrang.

Einzigartiges Erlebnis Sound Bath

Ich hatte ein 1:1 Sound Bath bei Esther.
Und ich bin ein absoluter Fan von ihr und den Klängen. Sie hat mich in einen wundervollen Zustand der Entspannung und Ruhe geführt und gab mir den Raum mich selbst zu spüren und zu erfahren. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sicher und aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke dafür ❤️
Ich kann ein Sound Bath von Esther von Herzen empfehlen.
