Description yoga
I have been working as a self-employed yoga teacher in the Maripura yoga studio in Bremen since May 2019. I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Mom & Baby.
The yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students. I teach in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants. My Hatha Yoga courses and pregnancy courses are health insurance certified and are partially or fully reimbursed depending on the health insurance policy. In November 2022 I completed a Thai yoga massage training with Tobias Frank. The knowledge I acquire flows into my teaching practice.

Overall impression
Ich übe seit einigen Monaten bei Dana Dombek Hatha-Yoga und kann sie nur empfehlen. Meine bisher spürbaren Langzeit-Folgen: Ich habe keine Kopfschmerzen mehr, gehe aufrechter, atme tiefer und fühle mich nicht mehr so gestresst... werde wohl weiter Yoga machen!
