Description yoga
For many years I have been accompanying people with yoga in groups and in individual lessons. The basis is mindful Hatha Yoga, I also like to weave in dynamic elements, sometimes also elements from Yin Yoga. I round off the yoga classes with small meditation sessions at the beginning and end.
This year I started yoga therapy training in order to be able to respond even better to individual needs.
