If you are looking for a suitable way to start the day moving and energetic, I invite you to roll out your yoga mat with me!
The course is well suited for anyone who would like to get to know yoga and/or appreciates a gentle practice. You will learn valuable techniques for dealing with problems in your shoulders, neck and back, as well as methods of finding peace using breathing and focusing your thoughts.
I pay attention to very precise alignment, according to modern knowledge of biomechanics, not only to prevent injuries but also to promote stability and safety in the exercises. You develop more strength, flexibility, balance - you learn to perceive your body more consciously again and bring it into a healing alignment - from head to toe, from the inside and outside.
