Description yoga

The YOGA GARDEN serves as a mouthpiece for my work with yoga and my life with wild herbs! From Lohnsburg I make the surrounding communities unsafe and try to “proselytize” the Innviertel with yoga and herbal knowledge.
No far-fetched wisdom that leads you into other spheres, instead you will find practical tips and wild thoughts that will guide you through the day with a smile! On the website you will find all the current dates for my yoga courses and wild herb events!

Tolle Yogaeinheiten. Ingrid achtet sehr auf die richtige und schonende Ausführung der einzelnen Asanas, immer unter Berücksichtigung der körperlichen Verfassung und evtl. gesundheitlicher Probleme der Teilnehmer. Mit der tollen Tiefenentspannung am Ende ist jeder Einheit auch Wellness für die Seele!
