Ganz egal, ob in den Kursen, bei Specials oder in einem Workshop - ganz egal, ob Yoga, Quigong oder Heilsame Bewegungen, immer bringt die Kursleiterin ihre ganz eigene Energie in das gemeinsame Feld. Jede Stunde bei ihr ist gefüllt mit Liebe, oft gibt es Anregungen&Inspirationen und alle Übungen und Positionen leitet sie sehr gut an. So, dass Du Dich völlig hinein fließen lassen kannst in die Bewegungen. Alles vorgetragen mit einer zauberhaften Leichtigkeit.
Ich möchte keinen der Kurse mehr missen.
