Description yoga

We want to give everyone interested in yoga a way to stay physically fit while also being mentally and emotionally balanced. Our yoga classes are paired with physical exertion and lightness, with a secure base and fine balance, with focus and relaxation, seriousness and joy.
Thanks to our good training (including 4 years of BDY), our many years of yoga experience as well as constant training and further education in a wide variety of yoga traditions, we are constantly gathering new ideas for our teaching. So we don't strictly commit to this or that method, but rather draw from various sources, but above all from our own experience.
Our goal is to make yoga tangible in everyday life and to help integrate yogic principles into everyday life so that increased health and happiness can be felt.
In 2008 we opened our yoga center in Bergisch Gladbach. The ambiguity of our name refers, on the one hand, to the central location of the studio and, on the other hand, yoga is the central theme of our work.
