Für mich die richtige Mischung aus Bewegung und Entspannung! Und ich mag es auch nicht, wenn es zu spirituell ist, aber da findet Kirstin eine richtig gute Balance.

Yoga zum Trainieren und Entspannen

Ich nehme seit 2 Jahren online an Kirstins Kursen teil. Kirstin baut ihre Yoga-Stunden sehr gut auf, so dass der ganze Körper durchgewärmt wird, bevor man in anspruchsvollere Haltungen geht. Das ist mir sehr wichtig, weil ich mir in anderen Kursen schon oft etwas gezerrt habe, wenn der Ehrgeiz mit mir durchging ;-)
Kirstin hat eine sehr entspannte und tolle Art. Ihre Stimme bei den Entspannungsteilen ist wunderbar wohltuend! Ich habe noch nie so gut abschalten können wie in ihren Entspannungsteilen.
Der Input zu Duftölen, die man verwenden kann (nicht: muss), ist eine schöne Bereicherung.
Für mich bringt ihr Kurs eine sehr gute Balance aus An- und Entspannung, die mich im Alltag herrlich erdet und aus der Stunde "fliegen" lässt...

Genau der richtige Mix

Ich habe schon einige Online-Sessions bei Kirstin mitgemacht und war jedes Mal begeistert vom dem perfekten Mix aus Bewegung, Spiritualität (aber nicht zu viel), "sportlichen" Elementen und Entspannung.
