Unbedingt ausprobieren!!! ;)

Das Yoga bei Eva ist ein besonderes Yoga-ich kann es jedem empfehlen! ;) Ich bin schon seit Jahren mit dabei. Je nach gewählten Kurs hat man verschiedene Schwerpunkte...man stärkt nicht nur seinen Körper durch die Übungen, sondern auch seinen Geist. Wenn der Kopf am Beginn der Einheit noch mit Alltagsthemen voll ist bzw. man komplett gestresst ist, ist man spätestens am Ende der Einheit wieder in seiner Mitte und der Kopf ist wieder klar...
Die Kurse werden vorab online gebucht, was eine Flexibilität in Zeit und Themenschwerpunkten ermöglicht. Es ist echt sehr empfehlenswert ;) Und das wichtigste: es macht super viel Spaß ;)!!
