Description yoga
The yoga studio NAMAHA was founded in 1996 by Monika Schrezenmeir. Around 6 weekly courses took place regularly, as well as various individual events such as meditation, mantra singing, tantra evenings and family constellations. After the Corona shutdown in spring and Monika's death in summer 2020, the yoga studio is now continued by Ingo Hertrich, with the support of various course leaders.
