Yoga für alle Lebenslagen

Seit über 20 Jahren (!) bin ich in der Yoga Praxis bei Bettina Keller. Das allein spricht schon für sich. Was ich an ihrem ViniYoga Stil so besonders schätze: dass er so einen durchdachten Stundenaufbau hat, der auf ein bestimmtes Asana hinführt und anschließend einen Ausgleich anbietet. Die Mischung aus Anleitung und meinem eigenem Rhythmus folgen zu können gefällt mir genauso, wie die sanften Herausforderungen, die ich je nach körperlicher Verfassung individuell unterschiedlich dosieren kann. Schon oft habe ich daher ihre Kurse an Freundinnen empfohlen.
