    Mit YVB gelingt es mir, mich zu entspannen, auf mich zu achten und bewusster durch den Tag zu gehen. Bereits zu Beginn besinnen wir uns auf uns selbst, „kommen runter“ und starten bewusst in die verschiedenen Asanas. Die Schlussentspannung sowie die Reise durch den Körper vermittelt das einzigartige Gefühl anzukommen.

    Ich liebe die wöchentlichen Kurse von YVB. Sie sind vor allem in unsicheren Zeiten feste Wohlfühlzeiten für mich, für die ich sehr dankbar bin. Ich freue mich schon auf die Kurse im neuen Jahr.

    Entspannt und achtsam durch den Tag

    Die Yoga Stunden bei Kathi helfen mir sehr, mich selbst zu erden und zu mir zu finden. Ich nehme mir sonst nie viel Zeit für mich oder zum Meditieren, mit Kathi gelingt das. Einfach nur großartig.

    Gut ausgebildete Yogalehrer und viel Entspannung

    Bei Yoga Vidya in Bamberg besuche ich unterschiedliche Kurse. Ich kann dort immer besonders gut entspannen und zur Ruhe finden. Die YogalehrerInnen dort sind alle sehr gut ausgebildet und gehen auf meine Bedürfnisse (kaputtes Knie) super ein. Zwar liegt die Schule im Hafen von Bamberg (Industriegebiet), aber sobald man die Schule betritt herrscht eine ganz wundervoll Atmosphäre. Kann ich nur empfehlen...
