Description yoga

Whether dynamic yoga flows or long-held, conscious asanas (yoga poses) - I love creating creative lessons and accompanying them with inspiring words.
GROUP COURSES:
On Thursdays I offer two courses online that you can do from the comfort of your own home.
- Thursdays at 9 a.m. - Gentle yoga: to start the day consciously and balanced, and to be in harmony with yourself!
- Thursdays at 7 p.m. - dynamic yoga (Vinyasa): to let go of the stress and tension of the day and strengthen the body and mind!
Every month I also offer another special lesson. To get more information about this, please sign up for the newsletter on my website (https://yogawithaura.de/).
Prices: Single hour: €12 / monthly fee: €45
PRIVATE LESSONS:
Do you have no yoga experience yet, or do you feel uncomfortable in groups? Maybe you also have very specific needs - and would like yoga lessons tailored specifically to you?!
Then private lessons are ideal for you, as I will work with you to develop yoga tailored to your needs that strengthens you and focuses on your needs.
Because you don't need a specific body for yoga - you just need a specific yoga practice for your body.
Prices:
- 85€ / 60min - individual yoga at your home
- 65€ / 60min (online) - no matter where you are, we can meet online for your individual lesson
