We would like to invite you to discover the diverse yoga path for yourself by practicing yoga regularly in one of our courses - and to exploit and experience the beneficial effects of this holistic system.
Immerse yourself in the “oldest science of life” – and let your body, mind and soul find their way back to their original harmony with targeted, sensitive exercises.
A beginning is always possible – you just have to start!
Just come to a first non-binding trial lesson (fee €10) and practice with us!
Our yoga and Reiki team consists of friendly and qualified yoga teachers and Reiki therapists. All members of our team are very well trained in the areas of yoga or Reiki and have had their own yoga and Reiki practice for several years.
With us you will find an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. You can recharge your batteries, let go, but also practice intensively. You can learn to find your center and integrate yoga into your everyday life.
With an average of max. 8-12 participants, the group size remains comfortable and leaves enough room to move, breathe and relax.
Our rooms are bright, warm and spacious. Seat cushions, blankets and yoga mats are available. However, you are welcome to bring your own towel, mat or blanket.
In addition, you have the opportunity to chat with nice people over a cup of tea in our cozy lounge area.

We have been successfully offering Hatha Yoga courses, a 2-year yoga teacher training course and Reiki treatments and initiations in Gelsenkirchen for 10 years
