"Time instead of stuff" - a voucher to give away!
The yoga garden has been offering qualified yoga lessons since 2013. Since September 2019 on almost 200 square meters in the heart of Lilienthal in our own beautiful premises. We have 2 course rooms available there. The yoga courses are suitable for all age groups. From gentle courses to advanced beginners to Yoga@home, there are many different offers, but they all have one thing in common. The yoga garden teaching is based on the pillars:
Mindfulness, deceleration, alternation between tension and relaxation and breathing.
If you want to learn how to do a headstand, this is the wrong place for you. Others teach that.
In small groups, always in a very special atmosphere, there is the space to let go and be with yourself. Of course, it gets a bit tiring at times. But when the final relaxation comes at the end - then you may forget everything around you...

Wundervoller Yoga Garten!
Der Yogagarten ist ein wunderschöner und inspirierender Ort, um Yoga zu praktizieren und zu genießen. Almut empfängt einen sehr herzlich und die Atmosphäre lädt zum Entspannen und loslassen ein. Für jeden Geschmack ist ein Kurs dabei. Es gibt sehr flexible Möglichkeiten der Teilnahme: Probetermin/-monat, 10er Karte, verschiedene Vertragsmodelle.

Ein wunderschönes Studio mit tollen Lehrerinnen
Das Studio ist wirklich toll. Wunderschön eingerichtet. Sowie ich dort bin, entspannte ich mich innerlich und bin bereit für die Stunde. Ob sanftes Yoga oder fordernd oder Pilates, die Kurse sind zu für mich sehr guten Zeiten. Die Trainerinnen achten sehr auf die Ausführungen und seit ich dort regelmäßig bin, habe ich kaum noch Rückenbeschwerden und fühle mich fitter den je.

Ein wunderbares Yogastudio mit tollen Lehrerinnen. Hier findet jeder ein passendes Angebot.. Von sanft bis fordernd...für jeden ist etwas dabei. Das Studio ist darüber hinaus gemütlich eingerichtet und die Räume haben ein tolles Ambiente. So macht Yoga Spaß. Eine absolute Empfehlung.
