Description yoga
In my yoga classes I always try to combine the aspects of strength and lightness. My yoga style is primarily characterized by Vinyasa Yoga - i.e. dynamic and flowing movements. But I also always include asanas that are held longer. My lessons end with a final relaxation and sometimes asanas from Yin Yoga are added.

Directions
The studio is located in Mücke-Atzenhain on a quiet street. Nevertheless, the studio can be reached quickly and easily, as the motorway connection to the A5 is only 1.5 km away. There are some parking spaces on the farm that are welcome to use.
