Den Tag mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen zu beginnen und den Aufgaben des Alltags mit Freude zu begegnen mag nicht immer leicht sein. Wenn es uns zeitgleich noch an Energie und Vitalität fehlt, kann es oft schwierig werden unseren Alltag zu meistern. Nicht ohne Grund ist der sogenannte „Burn-Out“ einer der am häufigsten vorkommenden Erkrankungen in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft.

Körper- und Atemübungen sind essentielle Bestandteile jeder Yogastunde. Sie fordern unseren Körper und unseren Geist und machen ihn anpassungsfähiger gegenüber äußeren Umständen. Insbesondere die Atemübungen bringen ein Mehr an Energie, das sich nicht nur kurz nach der Praxis bemerkbar macht, sondern sich bei regelmäßigem Üben auch im Alltagsleben manifestiert. Yoga-Retreat in der Eifel

Hinter mir liegt ein erfülltes und sehr inspirierendes Yoga-Retreat mit Tammy in der wundervollen Eifel. Vom ersten Augenblick an habe ich mich willkommen und richtig gefühlt. Die liebevolle Aufnahme und Begleitung durch das gesamte Team waren einfach angenehm und super schön. Die Yogastunden mit Tammy waren für mich als Anfängerin ein richtig guter Einstieg und haben Lust auf mehr gemacht. Tammy hat einen guten Mix aus Spiritualität und Körperlichkeit. Der Ort mit der schönen Hofanlage, dem Garten und der Sauna geben dem Retreat die besondere Atmophäre.
