Description yoga

The yoga lounge offers various courses with various qualified yoga teachers. There are approximately over 25 courses at two locations. The offer is very flexible, meaning you can choose between individual courses and dates. The rooms are very beautiful, lovingly and yet modernly furnished.
The yoga lounge can also be rented on weekends and outside of course times for your own seminars and events.
The yoga lounge also offers yoga trips and detox treatments.
Our strengths:
Absolute flexibility (variable attendance of the courses possible, tickets for ten, flats, ...)
Health insurance certified, beautiful rooms, medium group size,
very well-trained yoga teachers from different traditions
The team is competent and loves yoga and the courses they offer.
A smaller room can be rented for massages and individual treatments.

Lots of public parking spaces about 5 minutes away, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, 2 minutes to the bus stop

    This is how you find us:
    At Sonnenplatz (Reinhold-Schick-Platz) opposite the Kreissparkasse. Next to the house on the same side of the street is the Chinese restaurant “EN FU”.
    The YL is in the big red house - the middle entrance is to be used. The building also houses the Royal sports school, the physiotherapy practice of the Rommel family, and lawyer Dr. Reimold, ARAG Insurance.
    There is a supermarket, a hairdresser and a few restaurants on the ground floor. Middle entrance, up the stairs and the hallway all the way to the back. There is a “customer stopper” at the door. You have to dare to get into the house, I have attached a photo so that you can see the house from the outside.
    Parking spaces
    When choosing a location, we made sure that the lounge was as central as possible, but that there were enough parking spaces (Stadthalle, Bronntor, Nufringer Tor, Matrazen Concord, old outdoor pool,...) near the lounge. And no more than a 5-minute walk from the lounge. You can wonderfully combine yoga in the lounge with shopping or a stroll through the beautiful old town. Or come with a friend and end the yoga with a visit to one of the beautiful cafes.
    The lounge is only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn, as is the Reinhold-Schick-Platz bus stop. So you can also easily come by public transport.

    FLEXIBILITÄT einmalig!

    Mein persönliches Lieblingsyogastudio! Hier kann ich mir meine wöchentlichen Yogastunden wirklich komplett flexibel einteilen!

    Die Yogalounge liegt äußerst verkehrsgünstig im Zentrum von Herrenberg und ist aus allen Himmelsrichtungen gut erreichbar - egal ob zu Fuß, mit Rad, Bus, Bahn oder Auto.

    Angeboten wird eine Vielzahl von Kursen unterschiedlichster Yogastile und Schwierigkeitsgrade, die sich an alle (auch spezifische!) Altersgruppen richtet und von ruhig bis körperlich fordernd reicht. Sämtliche Trainer sind sehr engagiert, qualifiziert und ansprechbar.

    Die Räume sind liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und familiär. Unbedingt ausprobieren!

    In Utes Yogalounge kann ich bei mir ankommen und gestärkt und entspannt wieder nach Hause gehen. Ute
    hat ein breites Wissen auf allen Ebenen, eine sehr schöne Sprache (worauf ich persönlich Wert lege) und einen abwechslungsreichen Aufbau jeder Yogastunde.

    Wir machen uns die Lounge, wie sie uns gefällt

    Kursangebote sehr vielfältig und super angeleitet. Die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, wie nach Hause kommen. Super finde ich die Möglichkeit mit der Flat, jeden Kurs besuchen zu können, so kann ich jede Woche bestimmen wann Yogatime ist. Während der Ferien findet auch jeder der Lust auf Yoga hat, einen ansprechenden Kurs.
    Zumbafreunde kommen auch auf ihre Kosten mit einem super Zumbakurs: Rhythmus, Schwitzen, gute Laune garantiert.

    Hier kann ich mich sowohl entspannen, als auch auspowern. Wenn ich Lust auf eine ruhige Yogastunde habe und meinem Rücken etwas Gutes tun möchte, gehe ich ins Rückenyoga, ich kann aber auch ins Power- oder Ashtangayoga gehen. Danke für diese Flexibilität.

    Flexibles System ist klasse

    man quasi kommen wenn man möchte, gute Anleitungen, schönes Ambiente, warm und gemütlioch, nette Lehrerinnen.
    Man muss sich ins Haus trauen, innen ist es super schön.
    Ich gehe 3 Wochen während des Semesters in Kur und da konnte ich ganz flexibel die drei Wochen vom laufenden Kurs abziehen. Das fand ich auch klasse.

    Schöne Stunden, schöner Raum, sehr individuell

    Ich mag die Flexibilität - ich kann mir jede Woche meinen Yogaplan neu zusammenstellen. Mal sanft, mal fordernd, mal entspannend, mal schweißtreibend.
    Alle haben ein offenes Ohr, die Stunden werden super angeleitet, es wird korrigiert, auf jeden geachtet. Der Yogaraum , Umkleide,... alles sehr schön, Und der Tee - Entspannung pur .
