I am Saskia from the Padna yoga practice and a naturopath with a focus on yoga therapy.
I do not offer courses, but rather hours in a therapeutic individual setting.
Yoga therapy encompasses the physical, mental and health levels of each person and their individual needs and preferences.
We create a yoga routine specifically tailored to you that takes all of your individual characteristics into account.
We practice these together so that you can practice your personal yoga routine anytime, anywhere.
Your therapeutic yoga can activate your self-healing powers, strengthen your self-confidence, minimize stress and improve your well-being as a preventive measure or in addition to medical treatment.
