Handstand Training - ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

You've come to the right place if you feel like it...
• Practice handstands regularly to achieve your personal goals
• for exchange and support
• for tips and assistance

The training combines elements of yoga, acrobatics and bodyweight training.

Each unit begins with a warm-up in which we prepare our body and mind for the challenge.
We then move on to targeted drills that help us build strength and improve our technique and alignment.

The second half of the training is “free play” time, which means you practice and benefit from the support of the group.
I answer individual questions and give tips and assistance.
