Yoga school Straubing
We have been teaching yoga at our school for over 20 years, which is based on the individual requirements of the individual. The lessons are an interplay of philosophical instruction, asana (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Dynamic and static physical exercises mobilize and strengthen the body, while the focus on breathing gives inner peace and serenity. The yoga class ends with deep relaxation or meditation. With this holistic approach, we want to support you in achieving physical and mental balance.

Top Unterricht in sehr schönen Räumen
Sehr fundierter Unterricht. Tolle Mischung: Der Körper wird gekräftigt und gedehnt, man kann wunderbar entspannen und bekommt auch noch tolle Impule für den Alltag, die mir wirklich helfen viele Dinge gelassener zu sehen.
