Description yoga

The Yogawerk Bocholt offers traditional Ashtanga yoga. This is Hatha Yoga in its purest and oldest form (taught according to Sri K. Pattabhi Jois). We also offer Yin Yoga and meditation courses.
In yoga we work with our body as it is currently available to us. Not how it once was or how we would like to present it to others. If we wait for the body to be the way we want it to be, then we would never get started. You can build your own yoga practice without pressure to perform, with a lot of time, patience and love. Through regular yoga practice, the body becomes flexible, strong and light. The mind calm and focused.
