Hello. Nice that you're here. We are yogawerkstatt22 and a small and beautiful young yoga studio in Kösching - very close to Ingolstadt. We are Nicole, Susi & Uwe. Three friends, three yogis, three students and three teachers with one idea. With an idea to create a place for you. A place where you can do yourself good - for body and mind. We want to make exercise, yoga and meditation accessible to everyone. It is our deep belief that yoga helps us “heal”. Internally and externally. Yoga is a way to find more serenity, awareness and health. It sharpens our vision and brings and reminds us of all the beauty within us and around us. Start feeling good.
