Mein Highlight in 2022: Summer Vibes 4 Tage

Mehr als 5 Sterne gehen nicht? Also dann verbal nochmal 5 drauf.
Von der Vorbereitung, der Buchung, der Fürsorge, der Location-Auswahl, bis zur herzigen Einstimmung mit dem Willkommensgruß und den täglichen Zeremonien,... die Durchführung, unser Zusammensein in ungezwungener Herzlichkeit und heiter-ernstem Austausch über alle Themen, die das Leben bietet...Besser geht's nicht! Während mein Körper sich täglich ertüchtigte, schaltete mein Geist zunehmend umgekehrt proportional runter. Die anfängliche Befürchtung, dass ich die täglichen Praxen nicht schaffe, zerschlugen sich schnell. Der Aufbau steigerte sich sehr gemächlich und das abendliche Yin-Yoga entspannte total. Jeden Abend Vorfreude auf den nächsten Tag. Eine schöne Kongruenz von Innen und Außen ist Euch da mit der Premiere gelungen und Yogis bedanken sich mit stillen "sitting ovations". Das nächste Jahr ist schon "bebongt"!

EINFÜHLSAM -FÜRSORGLICH - TIEFENENTSPANNEND

Ulrike Schubert und Natalija David sind die besten Yoga-Lehrerinnen, die ich bisher kennen lernen durfte. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, gehen in der Gruppe auch auf jede/n Einzelne/n ein und bewahren dabei die gesunde Balance zwischen Spiritualität und Bodenhaftung. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
