8 days of pure relaxation - finally regenerate properly and recharge your batteries with new strength and vitality, surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful nature right by the sea, which sparkles crystal clear in the sunlight... A very special time out just for you!
In the morning before breakfast from 8:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. we practice Qigong together, which gives a lot of new life energy, either outside with a view of the sea, if the weather permits, or otherwise in the seminar room. This form of Qigong, which is unique in its effect, is called scent Qigong and is known for its very effective, positive effect on the health of the practitioner. This has been proven in extensive scientific studies, which is why scent Qigong can also be called medical Qigong. The Fragrance Qigong basic level is taught, which is equally suitable for complete beginners and advanced students.
Afterwards, we enjoy a rich, healthy breakfast together from the open buffet with lots of fruit and a large selection (gluten-free bread is also available) and then continue the day as individually as you like: go swimming in the sea, hiking , sleep, read, enjoy nice conversations, explore the island...
At 5 p.m. the relaxed yoga session lasting two hours, which builds up new strength and flexibility, begins in the beautiful yoga loft above the sea and ends with a deep relaxation of around 15 minutes, which is sometimes preceded by a meditation. Afterwards we can treat ourselves to a rich dinner, which is always freshly cooked, varied and very tasty! On Thursday evening after dinner there will be some lively dancing if you like. Further activities can be discussed with the group on site and organized spontaneously, depending on their needs
The Qigong course over 8 dates, as well as the yoga course, are both ZPP-certified compact prevention courses "away from home" and are usually supported by statutory health insurance companies! Since some statutory health insurance companies generally do not want to support compact courses or courses "away from home", it is advisable to ask your company carefully beforehand. In return, the Bergische BKK, for example, supports these two courses (Yoga & Qigong) 100% each, so that both course fees are fully refunded. Normally the reimbursement of the course fees is around 80%, it's worth asking!
