Description yoga

Simply bring more quality of life, health, vitality, joy of life and relaxation into your own life! Who wouldn’t want that, especially if it’s fun? With a lot of experience and holistic guidance, we practice 90 minutes of Hatha Yoga together (seasoned with elements from other yoga styles), which is simply good all around (including a breath awareness exercise of a few minutes at the beginning and a deep relaxation of about 15 minutes at the end of the class). I am Saida: Sylvia-Saida Arnolds. Well and comprehensively trained in 5 different yoga styles, each over several years, I have a lot of experience in teaching yoga - I started my own yoga practice when I was 18 - and I bring a lot of joy and inspiration to my job. Recognized as a course leader for prevention courses by the statutory health insurance companies for 24 years, I regularly give ZPP-certified yoga & qigong courses on site & online, as well as holiday seminars worldwide (currently mainly on Corfu, GR), all of which are certified by the ZPP and thus funded by the statutory health insurance companies!
For your yoga practice you need your own mat (not on Corfu, GR), a yoga strap (about 2.5 + meters long with buckle) and possibly a fleece blanket.
The classroom in Düsseldorf, with a bright, slightly sacred character, is built only from natural materials, has large, light-filled windows, a wooden floor and a high wooden ceiling. Next door there is a changing room and several toilets. In summer, when the weather is good, yoga can be practiced outside in nature by the pond. News: new start of the prevention courses Yoga & Qigong on site in Düsseldorf again from the last week of October 2024 with 8 appointments of 1.5 hours each (for 144 € - prevention course & ZPP certified). The courses will then run until shortly before Christmas. Welcome!
