Spend a yoga weekend away from everyday life in the middle of fantastic nature. In this beautiful place the landscape opens up to the east and offers a fantastic view over the monastery's own huge natural area along the Baltic Sea fjord. The expanse and the water convey peace and quiet. Recharge your battery and give yourself time to integrate stability into your everyday life and into your life together in your community.

Friday:
Individual arrival
4:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Yin Yoga & Relax Yoga
Dinner together
Saturday:
7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. gentle wake-up yoga and mindful preparation for the day
Breakfast together
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. gentle yoga flow
Group lunch
4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. Yin Yoga and Aku Yoga
Dinner together
7:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. gentle wake-up yoga and mindful preparation for the day

Units alone are optional because I want to give you the space and inspiration for the things that are really good for you!
Price for the yoga weekend:
€225 (the early bird discount is valid for €190 until July 1st, 2022)
The price includes:
Yoga units
Yoga equipment (yoga mat, strap, blocks, blankets)
Drinks (water, tea), fruit and small snacks throughout the day
Personal support from me
Would you like to stay overnight directly in the monastery? Please book your overnight stay and meals directly at Freedom Monastery. Please mention this yoga retreat as the reason for your booking, as special prices will then apply to you.
The Freedom Monastery is an open, spiritual place without any particular religious orientation.

About Us: WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE TO DO, MAKE SURE IT MAKES YOU HAPPY! And I would like to help you with that.
My focus is on Yin Yoga, Myoyin Yoga, Acu- and Restorative Yoga. I always teach these yoga styles combined with a mindful breathing exercise (Pranayama) and an essential final relaxation (Shavasana). Meditations and yoga nidra often round off an hour.
Yoga is a word from Indian Sanskrit and means something like “union, unity and harmony”. The combination of physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques and meditation have made me more relaxed, more balanced and physically flexible.
I would be happy to accompany you on your path! You too will become more balanced and relaxed. Become more physically flexible, get more elastic connective tissue and beat age, no matter how old you are on your passport.
