YOGA HOLIDAY in the monastery/Hiddensee Island
September 25th - October 1st, 2021
Treat yourself to 6 days to recharge in the car-free idyll of the island of Hiddensee!
In a small group, we start our day with an activating breathing and yoga practice in the garden and in the yoga room. In the afternoon we meet outside, in the most beautiful places on the island, for regenerating deep relaxation, meditation or gentle yoga lessons.
There is plenty of time to relax and explore the island (all activities are voluntary).
Our guest house is located in the rustic island village of Kloster, five minutes each from the harbor and the beach.
Secure your place now - a maximum of 13 participants can come and there are only a few remaining places available.
inclusive:
Yoga and breathing exercises (2 hours in the morning)
Progressive muscle relaxation/deep relaxation or yoga in nature (45-60min in the afternoon)
1 lecture
Self-catering in the well-equipped kitchen (we usually cook and eat together if it suits everyone)
6 nights in the church guesthouse in Kloster, Hiddensee
2 single rooms available, otherwise fresh and airy two to three bed rooms with sanitary facilities
You travel to the monastery yourself. Arrangements for carpooling are possible.
Child care during yoga sessions is possible by arrangement. My smallest child (2 years old) is also coming with me and a childcare worker is on site.

I'm Marita. I teach yoga in a dance-like way and I have a lifelong passion for how cats move: smoothly, effortlessly and elegantly, enjoyably and idiosyncratically, hardly disturbed.
I've been dancing since I was 5 years old and originally studied dance and got a diploma in choreography.
During my dance studies, I threw myself into everything that had to do with yoga and body awareness methods and have been self-employed as a yoga teacher for individual and group coaching and yoga retreats on the island of Hiddensee since 2009.
My yoga lessons are inspired by Strala Yoga, the Feldenkrais method and the dance imagination according to Eric Franklin.
I run a lovingly furnished studio in Dresden.
