Enjoy a weekend in the picturesque fairytale castle Altenhausen among women. We celebrate everything that is really good for us as women:
We move with yoga and ecstatic dance, find peace and align ourselves in meditation and celebrate our femininity with tantric rituals and lots of touch. According to your wishes, we will draw from the treasure chests of yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra.
And maybe there are topics that you've been putting off for a while, that are filled with shame or fear...feel free to openly exchange ideas in the women's circle and get strength and support from your "sisters".
In between, the castle kitchen spoils us with delicious vegetarian dishes and you can walk in the extensive castle park and also pay a visit to the horses.
Great as a girlfriend break or even with your teenage daughter...I'm looking forward to a nourishing and inspiring round with magical women!
