Description yoga

Each of us is unique and very special. I want to remind people of the different facets of themselves and their often forgotten dreams, big and small. About getting closer to the true meaning of life again, letting go of conditioning and becoming aware of your own possibilities through openness, trying and being amazed. Living life with mindfulness brings clarity and calm. I invite you to do this in my yoga classes.
For those who would like to spend a few more days introspecting, I offer self-discovery trips and workshops. Bodywork and massage complete my offering. Kind regards, Beatrix Zimdahl
