However, the relaxation course leader training goes considerably beyond what is learned in the yoga teacher training. You will deepen your theoretical and practical knowledge of the effects and functionality of relaxation and acquire specialist knowledge. In this way you can enrich your previous yoga lessons, especially the initial and deep relaxation techniques, and gain new yoga teaching experiences.
The relaxation course leader training is also suitable as further training for yoga teachers. You will give 2 short lectures and practical relaxation instructions in small groups as part of the training.
You complete the training with a written paper.
Certificate “relaxation course leader BYVG” from the professional association of Yoga Vidya health advisors, course leaders and therapists. Approx. 60 units.
