Description Yoga teacher training

This relaxation trainer training is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how to easily lead children into relaxation through yoga, among other things. Children already suffer from stress and pressure to perform. The consequences are often motor restlessness and lack of concentration, including AD(H)D, learning difficulties and behavioral problems.
In this training you will learn relaxation and meditation methods that, together with yoga, help you cope with everyday stressful situations.
This relaxation trainer/training for children enables you to professionally deal with relaxation procedures and to carry out relaxation courses for children in kindergartens, schools, independent children's and youth centers as well as in family education centers and adult education centers.
In this relaxation trainer training you will learn:
- Autogenic training for children
- Fantasy travel
- Meditative games and silence exercises
- Working with singing bowls, gongs and cymbals
- Eutonic and kinesiological games
- Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson for children
- Breathing games and yoga games
- Body experience and massage games
- Work with mandalas
- methodological and didactic basics for building a course unit
- practical implementation using example course units.
Also suitable as a further training seminar for yoga teachers.
Basic knowledge of yoga and meditation required.
With certificate: relaxation trainer for children (BYVG). Approx. 60 teaching units.
