In this meditation course leader training, learn to introduce people to meditation and accompany their meditation practice.
As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more. in the ideal ambience. Extensive forests and parks, cozy lounges, a quiet monastery, organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, Nordic walking, Kirtan singing, sound meditations. Wellness in the Ayurveda oasis, in the sauna or while swimming on request.
In this training you immerse yourself in the inner world, go beyond body and thought consciousness and experience the unity of the self with the cosmic. In this training you will gain very deep theoretical and practical knowledge about meditation and the spiritual yoga path. In this training to become a meditation course leader, you will gain deep experiences through intensive yoga practice and learn to introduce others to meditation and accompany their practice.
The training consists of 2 parts.
During the first week of the meditation course leader training, you will learn the theory and teaching techniques, practice meditation and mantra singing twice a day and have a yoga class.
The 2nd week of the training is a silent meditation intensive week with meditation 3x daily, yoga classes 2x daily, mantra chanting 2x daily and very little theory.
You can also do the second week at a later date (5 days of “Meditation Intensive Silent”).
The topics of the meditation course leader training are numerous and diverse. In this meditation course leader training, each participant gives several meditation instructions and lectures and then receives feedback from the group. This is very valuable, both for those who have never led a group before and for experienced facilitators/teachers.
Daily routine of the meditation course leader training: The daily routine follows the tried and tested Yoga Vidya seminar routine.
The prerequisite for the respective certificate is participation in all programs included in the training, including meditation and mantra singing in the morning and evening and yoga classes.
Meditation course leader certificate: After the first week of training you will receive confirmation of participation. If you take part in the subsequent or another intensive meditation week with us or have already taken part, you will receive a certificate as a meditation course leader (BYVG). Approx. 153 UE.
Recommended books: “Learning to Meditate” by Sukadev Bretz, ‘Divine Knowledge’ by Swami Sivananda.
