Part 1 - 21 blogs about yoga and lifestyle

Part 1 - 21 blogs about yoga and lifestyle - FindeDeinYoga.org

Today we are introducing you to the first 7 yoga and lifestyle blogs from Germany and Austria. Have fun browsing and reading.

# 1 Days of Yoga

A yoga blog from Berlin with and by Dana and Ulrike. If you've always wanted to know what a doubt diet is and how a weekend at Yoga Vidya in the Ashram goes, here are some cool texts.

# 2 Yay for today

Natalie from Münster wants to use her blog to show everyone out there that sustainability has long been suitable for the masses and that yoga is more than just a sport. In her posts she explains the errors in yoga and the connection between Darth Vader and Ujjayi breathing and is always very refreshing and authentic.

# 3 Fuck Lucky Go Happy

Rebecca, herself a Jivamukti Yoga teacher in Berlin, wants to inspire you with her blog to live a happy and free life. In addition to current posts from the yoga world, there are tips on food and style and a personal text once a month in the newsletter subscription.

# 4 The Yoga Affair

Where Rebecca has the monthly mantra, the yoga affair has the MONDAY mantra: from love, to new beginnings, to what yoga actually is and should be. Elvira and Valerie also introduce interesting people and places in their blog and report on a book every month.

# 5 Amy's Love

“Yoga is a sweeping of the inner space,” yoah, that’s quite a statement! If you want to know more about it and how to use yoga in everyday life, this lovely blog is the right place for you. Simone’s monthly Spotify playlists are also an absolute tip.

#6 Yoga Magazine - Live Love Laugh, the slightly different yoga blog

Admittedly, I still don't fully understand how We-Love-Yoga belongs to yoga magazine and how the blog Live, Love, Laugh plays into it. But maybe that doesn't have to be the case - because the blog is great! Several authors write here, the articles are current and exciting and leave nothing to be desired. Except maybe that I would like to have more time to read the many beautiful articles :-)

#7 Mady Morrison

There is no way around her. She already has over 200,000 followers on YouTube and her blog is also impressive. In a 30-day challenge, Mady Morrison presents how you can make yoga a habit, writes about Ayurveda and digital detox and presents some of her videos such as 'Relaxation after work'.
