Lebenshilfe gGmbH will be offering yoga for people with and without disabilities from September. The Lebenshilfe Family Relief Service (FED) in Berlin is currently further expanding the leisure area. The existing offering is to be expanded to include topic-specific offerings. This is how the project idea came about: yoga for everyone.
Inclusion through yoga
Aktion Mensch supports the project so that a free offer could be created for the participants. The inhibition threshold for participation is therefore kept as low as possible. The special thing about the offers is that they deliberately take place in the neighborhoods in existing structures such as neighborhood centers or youth leisure facilities. Inclusion happens all by itself.
We wish this great project a good start and look forward to receiving feedback from participants.
