Dear yoginis, dear yogis, dear yoga family.
The new good news:
The Robert Koch Institute has repeatedly reported that the number of infected people in Germany is already falling.
However, if the distressing general situation does not change noticeably within the next three days, continuous energy work is advisable in order to achieve a sustainable transformation.
Further recommendations that I would like to recommend to us until we see each other again and that are helpful for this special time of retreat:
• Stay calm and think independently, our thoughts create our reality!
• Have faith and see the possible opportunities.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards.
• Pay attention to official instructions.
• Consciously use time with the family for communication and reflection.
• To reactivate or rediscover creative activities.
• The be-all and end-all is an active, immune-boosting immune stimulation and, above all, eating fresh food, including smoothies or sprouts.
• To practice pranic healing and pranayama. Annamayakosha pranayama works best for respiratory infections.
• Continue to expand your sadhana and individual spiritual practice.
• Chant the healing immortality mantra “Om Tryambakam…”:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqEjkM8Hkqw 108 times or follow the individual instructions of the masters
• At certain times, to connect ourselves energetically with Ananda  and to practice the “Power Praying” Ashtanga Namaskar on a rolling basis up to 108 times per day
• I experience the Power Praying of the Ashtanga Namaskar as the most effective, as the physical activity brings enormous power to the issue:
The Tibetan World Health and Peace Prayer of Yoga, also called Power Praying. After just 13 times (approx. 3 minutes) the healing field of consciousness begins to build up. If you want to invest more positive energy into it, you can practice up to 108 prostrations (approx. 27 minutes at 4 times per minute). It is a prayer over the body, performed with concentration, bringing about healing changes depending on where you direct the generated energy. For yourself, for your loved ones, your immediate environment, nature or for the mental upliftment of people all over the world.

I have a vision of starting a “caravan”. Now that we finally have time, it's best to unite in a continuous sadhana routine every day to build up the healing energy.
So not just for a personal goal, but for something comprehensively shared, whether it concerns the healing of a body of water, a trade agreement that is good for everyone involved, or relief from a virus threat. There are no limits to the possibilities.
What is more sustainable is sticking with it over the long term with a so-called rolling caravan. I have set up an ingenious way to do this with Doodle. If you want to use your energy for this, you can register for half an hour to maintain the healing energy.
With 13 to 108 Ashtanga Namaskars and if less than 108, continue chanting with Om Tryambakam. This means that from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Doodle: https://doodle.com/poll/vmhzqqddzu8vhu8p is used by various practitioners to create an uninterrupted “time light beam” that not only creates a bright point of light like in short mass meditations, but also that keeps the “light constantly shining”. Which, over time, can activate more people who join in at different appropriate times and, like a “steady drop, hollows out the stone”.
Recommended procedure step by step:
• The priority of concentrating first on our own health and strength. This is not selfishness, because if we want to help others we ourselves have to be fit, protected and (immune) strong.
• In the following days we move on to our immediate family members (present family).
• Then we come to our family of origin… extended family, ancestors (they can support us from the other side of life)
• Expand the sphere of influence day by day to include sick people, then the neighbors, village, city, country, doctors, seniors in hospitals and retirement homes, politicians, etc. The list can be expanded independently.

Execution: We stand on the mat or walk three to five steps outdoors, perform the eight-fold prostration with the associated mantra, which can also be individually adapted to your private interiority, and continue until the next prostration. Ideally 108 times in a row, which takes about half an hour. But at least 13 times in about three to four minutes. Usually on the yoga mat at home. Also in nature, without or with the appropriate forward steps.

Thank you very much for your uplifting message and the valuable tips for this time.
I am doing very well with my daily sadhana practice of Annamayakosha Pranayama Sadhana with meditation, pranic healing & gratitude prayer. I will now add the Ashtangar Namaskar. 8:30 a.m. is perfect as I usually start my sadhana at 7:30 a.m. A wonderful idea. Does it make more sense to face east when prostrating?
I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for sharing the Annamayakosha Pranayama with us. We have received so much valuable knowledge and practice, I am now becoming more and more aware of the full extent of this training. Kind regards K.
