Diving into the respective topic with female energy over a weekend and reflecting and transforming it in long yoga sessions and meditations is an unexpected gift for us women.
A lot happens in a safe space and in the circle of women who are benevolent in this energy.
Nourished by feminine energy and strength, you arrive in the circles where you are. Here you can connect with yourself. Sisterhood means feeling and living community in a protected space. We use the wonderful teachings of yoga, which has a great goal with Kaivalya. Internal and external freedom. (Yoga Sutra Chapter 4) Growth, healing and strength are what are perceived and last for a very long time.
Working with the womb space and the resulting female energy and strength has been given more and more space in the women's weekends in 2022. Let's go deeper.
☯️ Women's weekends with yoga 2023
The last two weekends at Schloss Blumenthal in 2022 were so deep and intense that in 2023 I would like to call all women into the circle who would like to go deep and discover and feel their essence in one weekend.
The themes this year will be driven by feminine, nourishing energy with which we can grow and blossom. The collective of femininity is strengthened and allowed to experience healing.
05.-07. May 2023 – Growth – “Say YES to life!”
14th-16th July 2023 – The stillness of breathing “Being HOME in you”
13th-15th October 2023 – Female power – nourishing, creating, healing
life-giving, wise
In three two and a half hour gentle Yin/Yang and restorative units and meditations, we will open up to the respective topic.
A fully equipped mat awaits you in this circle. You will be touched by yourself in gentle energetic yoga, feminine energy, meditations, mantras & relaxation with sound!
You can already book a place in the circle for all weekends.

The modern hotel and conference center is located in Blumenthal Castle, built in 1850. The wonderful four-hectare castle park, which is protected as a biotope, with its old and rare trees, especially the hornbeam avenue, is a special place to relax.
Embedded in the wonderful surrounding nature, we enjoy a relaxing weekend in yoga.
