Sound yoga, sound meditation and kirtan
Sound yoga
When a singing bowl sounds, its sound directs our attention to the silence and helps us to calm down. In the sound yoga class you not only experience sounds through every single cell of your body, but your entire energy system also experiences a state of cleansing, deep relaxation and harmony.
For this yoga class you should already have a little yoga experience.
Sound meditation
After the sound yoga, we go into a sound meditation together. You look back on the year in meditation. The sound touches our innermost being. It leads you to deep relaxation. Relaxation means letting go and opening up space for everything new that wants to come. With this sound experience you can get in the ideal mood for Kirtan.
Kirtan
Kirtan means chanting mantras together. Chanting mantras has a very positive effect on you. It addresses the physical, energetic and spiritual levels and is an excellent way to calm nerves and give positive direction to emotions. In short, it just makes you happy! Mantras have very simple and catchy melodies and are very easy to chant. Just come along and sing and/or jam along.
Sound yoga is usually very well attended and the number of places is limited. So please register at least one day before the start.
